I work with new families to customize their postpartum care. My focus is individualizing care because healing looks different for every family.

My role as a postpartum doula is supporting mothers, babies, and their families through one of the biggest transitions in life. From supporting parents with sleep, providing new parent consultations, helping to create new routines, preparing nourishing postpartum meals, to body work for both mom and baby, I offer a range of services to facilitate an easeful transition.
