12 years as a full-spectrum doula, I’ve held space for beginnings, endings, and everything in between—supporting families with steady, informed, heart-centered care.
I’m a certified doula through Cornerstone Doula Trainings, and I provide compassionate, evidence-based support through pregnancy, birth, loss and the postpartum period. My work began as a volunteer doula at San Francisco General Hospital and continued with the Birth Justice Project in Oakland, where I supported incarcerated mothers through pregnancy and birth. I also had the opportunity to train alongside a home-birth midwife in rural Iowa, serving more than 50 families in a close-knit, community-based setting.
Since returning to the Bay Area, I’ve now supported over 200 families through birth and postpartum. I’m deeply committed to honoring the unique physical, emotional, and relational needs of each family during this transformative time.
I help parents understand the individual needs of their newborn while offering thoughtful education, steady emotional presence, and hands-on support. My care is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practice. At the heart of my work is fostering confidence—supporting parents as they learn to trust themselves, make informed decisions, and feel empowered long after our time together ends.
